Do I need my own phone provider?
Yes. You connect your own carrier or phone system, such as Twilio, Telnyx, Vonage or 3CX, so you keep your numbers and your rates. You can try an agent in your browser before that.
Which AI models can I use?
You choose the listening, conversation and voice models from the ones we offer, from companies such as OpenAI, Google, Deepgram and ElevenLabs. No keys needed: calls are paid from your credit.
Is my data kept separate from other customers?
Yes. Each organization has its own workspace, roles and data controls.
Can I try an agent before it takes real calls?
Yes. Test it by voice or chat in your browser, then publish.
